Setfords Solicitors’ recruitment website www.consultantsolicitor.co.uk has been relaunched with an entirely fresh design and new content as it looks to even better serve the thousands of lawyers who visit the site every year.
The site has seen a 240% increase in traffic in the past 12 months as thousands more lawyers explore working as consultants at Setfords.
Last year the firm saw a 38% increase in recruitment – 65 new lawyers – and took £3.75 million in investment from British Growth Fund to help meet expansion demands.

The site reveals in detail how consultancy works, what lawyers can earn, and features a host of content including the popular A Day in my Legal Life blogs – real-life stories from Setfords lawyers about why they became consultants and what their life is like now.
The site also features filmed content revealing life behind the scenes at Setfords and exploring topics such as job security and the support on offer to those looking for a more independent way of working. Setfords consultants also reveal how they use their extra free time including flying planes and spending time with their children.
