How is my fee split calculated?
We use a dynamic fee-split structure that rewards you as you grow. As your billings reach each threshold, you earn a higher share on all billings within that band, up to 80%, and all of our support is included in the split, with no up-front or hidden fees.
How quickly will I be paid?
Once a client’s invoice has been paid, you can invoice us for your share, as often as you like. Payment is made within a maximum of 30 working days, and most are settled within 7–10.
What support will I get?
It’s all included in your fee split. Our in-house team of 200+ professionals covers business development, marketing, admin, secretarial, compliance, accounts, legal support, PR, reception, tech and design – so you can focus on your clients rather than running an office.
Do you provide new business leads?
Yes. Our business development team generates over 25% of the firm’s work — millions of pounds each year — and we support new consultants especially closely as they get established. You’ll still be expected to bring and grow your own clients alongside the leads we provide.
