Our consultants earn up to 80% of their billings. This is thanks to our fee share model, where clients pay the firm and consultants receive their share of the fees whilst also enjoying our industry-leading support.

You can invoice us for your fees once the client’s bill has been paid. You’ll then be paid within a maximum of thirty working days, though most payments are made within 7-10 working days.

We use a dynamic fee split structure designed to reward you as you grow your practice. When you reach specific billing thresholds, you will receive a higher fee split for all billings within that band. All of our support is included in your fee split.
